We ship all over the world! Just add products to your cart and proceed to checkout for a selection of shipping times and rates. We ship via USPS and FedEx for both domestic and international orders.
Please note: international packages may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes which are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility to cover.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our Dallas location.
Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. AK, HI, and outlying territories may take longer.
International Orders typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive and may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
U.S. CUSTOMERS: if you aren’t happy with your purchase, please reach out to Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help get the process started. If you're experiencing an issue with an Uncommon Pour product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.
As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return shipping costs, but are always happy to ship exchanges at no extra charge. Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Uncommon Pour order number, order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds can be requested within 15 days and will cover the cost of the item returned only. We do not refund associated shipping costs. In order to receive your refund, we must receive the unused, undamaged item at the address provided in the email once the return process has been initiated.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: we apologize for the inconvenience, but are currently unable to offer exchanges on international orders. If you’d like to return your order for a refund, please note shipping costs for international returns are the customer’s responsibility.
