RETURNS & EXCHANGES

U.S. CUSTOMERS: if you aren’t happy with your purchase, please reach out to Customer Care at hello@uncommonpour.com and we’ll help get the process started. If you're experiencing an issue with an Uncommon Pour product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.

As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return shipping costs, but are always happy to ship exchanges at no extra charge. Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Uncommon Pour order number, order confirmation email, store receipt).  Refunds can be requested within 15 days and will cover the cost of the item returned only.  Method of Refund:  You have 2 options to obtain a refund.  1) in the form of store credit, or 2) the funds will go back on the original payment method.  We do not refund associated shipping costs.  In order to receive your refund, we must receive the unused, undamaged item at the address provided in the email once the return process has been initiated.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: we apologize for the inconvenience, but are currently unable to offer exchanges on international orders. If you’d like to return your order for a refund, please note shipping costs for international returns are the customer’s responsibility.
